Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LogicLeap Ltd, trading as DorkSense, handles personal data when you use DorkSense. It was last updated on 25 August 2026.

Who controls your data

LogicLeap Ltd, company number 15253677, trading as DorkSense, is the controller for account, billing, support and product-usage data. Our registered office is 86-90 Paul Street, 3rd Floor, London, Greater London, England, EC2A 4NE. Contact us at josh.matthews@logicleapit.co.uk.

Data we collect

  • Account details such as your name, email, company, authentication records and security settings.
  • Billing identifiers, subscription status and invoice information. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by DorkSense.
  • Prompts, scripts, projects, uploaded media, generated images and videos, publishing instructions and connected-account metadata.
  • Technical, security and usage data including IP-derived abuse-prevention hashes, logs, device information and error telemetry.
  • Messages you send to support or through contact forms.

How and why we use it

We process data to provide and secure the service, generate requested content, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and improve reliability. The legal bases are performance of our contract, legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Where the data comes from

Most data comes directly from you when you create an account, enter prompts, upload content, change settings or contact us. We also receive billing and subscription status from Stripe, authentication data from Supabase and Google where selected, and account or content metadata from a social platform only after you authorise a connection.

Processors and international transfers

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Sentry for production error monitoring, Twilio for optional verification, and selected AI providers such as Google and OpenAI for generation. Connected social platforms receive data only when you authorise a connection or publishing action.

Some providers process data outside the UK. We rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards and the provider's applicable transfer mechanism. You can request information about the safeguards by emailing us.

Retention and deletion

Account and project data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise active-service data, subject to backups, fraud-prevention records and legal billing retention. Support and security records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Email the address above. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Your right to object

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Email us with the account address and the processing you object to. We will stop direct marketing and will assess other objections under applicable data-protection law.

Data needed for the service

An email address, authentication details and essential account records are contractually required to provide DorkSense. If you do not provide them, we cannot create or operate the account. Optional profile details, marketing preferences and social-platform connections are not required.

Automated processing

Automated systems generate requested content, enforce plan limits, detect abuse and protect account security. We do not use solely automated processing to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects, unless we explain the process and available safeguards first.

Cookies and account connections

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, security, remembered preferences and theme selection. Third-party OAuth connections are optional and can be disconnected from Settings. We do not sell personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be shown in the product or sent to the account email where appropriate.
