Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DorkSense, operated by LogicLeap. They were last updated on 25 August 2026.
Using DorkSense
These terms are between you and LogicLeap Ltd, company number 15253677, trading as DorkSense. Our registered office is 86-90 Paul Street, 3rd Floor, London, Greater London, England, EC2A 4NE.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for checking generated content before using or publishing it.
Trials, subscriptions and cancellation
Hobby and Creator subscriptions may include a three-day trial. A payment method is required when starting the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will charge the displayed recurring price and the subscription will renew at the stated interval.
You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Consumer cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online service contract within 14 days. You can exercise that right by emailing the address below with the account email and a clear cancellation request. Where you ask us to begin providing the service immediately, applicable law may allow us to charge a proportionate amount for service already supplied. This section does not limit any right that cannot legally be excluded.
Tokens and service limits
Plans include the displayed token allowance and feature limits. Tokens are service units, not money, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Failed generations should not consume tokens; abuse, automated scraping or attempts to bypass limits may lead to suspension.
Your content and AI output
You retain rights you hold in prompts and uploaded content. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and operate the service. Subject to provider terms and applicable law, you may use generated output, but output may be inaccurate, similar to other output or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Do not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or privacy-invasive material. You must obtain necessary rights, releases and platform permissions.
Connected platforms
Publishing and analytics features depend on third-party platforms. Their terms also apply. We are not responsible for platform review decisions, account restrictions, API outages or content removed by a platform.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep DorkSense reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid DorkSense in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Ending access
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk or unlawful use. Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, liability and disputes survive termination where relevant.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact josh.matthews@logicleapit.co.uk with legal, cancellation or billing questions.
